At Supacolour, we ship to Australian addresses via DHL Express from our factory in Whangārei, New Zealand. Below is the detail you need.
Where we ship from
Orders are picked, printed, packed, and dispatched from our factory in Whangārei, New Zealand. DHL Express delivers door-to-door across Australia.
Delivery times
- Major Australian cities and metros: 1-2 business days from dispatch
- Regional Australia: 2-4 business days
- WA / NT / remote areas: 3-5 business days
Custom-printed transfers take 1-2 business days to print before dispatch — production time is in addition to shipping time.
Dispatch cutoff
Order before 3:00 PM Sydney time and we dispatch the next business day.
Shipping cost
$22 AUD flat rate to anywhere in Australia, calculated at checkout.
Currency, GST and import duty
All prices on supacolour.com.au are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% Australian GST. Supacolour is the importer of record for all shipments to Australian customers — we take care of customs clearance, import GST, and any duties before your parcel reaches you. You will not be charged additional fees on delivery, regardless of order value.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a DHL Express tracking number. DHL provides full door-to-door tracking with delivery notifications.
Delivery address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout. If you spot an error after placing the order, contact us immediately — we can amend the address before dispatch but cannot redirect once the parcel is in the carrier's network.
Damaged or lost in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, do not dispose of the packaging. Photograph the damage and contact us within 7 days of delivery. Damage or loss in transit is treated as a failure to provide goods of acceptable quality and is covered by the Australian Consumer Law (see our Refund Policy).
