At Supacolour NZ, we’re committed to getting your orders to you quickly, safely, and reliably. Whether you're located in New Zealand or Australia, our shipping partners help us deliver your heat transfers with speed and care.
Shipping Within New Zealand
- Courier Service: We use NZ Couriers' overnight delivery service for all orders shipped within New Zealand.
- Dispatch Time: If we receive your order before 3:00 PM on the day it’s ordered, we will dispatch it the next business day.
- Delivery Timeframe: Most shipments arrive overnight, with delivery to major cities and towns typically the next business day after dispatch. Rural or remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
- Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
- Delivery Address: Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and accessible for couriers during business hours. We recommend using a business or attended address whenever possible.
Shipping to Australia
- Courier Service: Orders to Australia are shipped using DHL Express from our base in Whangārei, New Zealand.
- Dispatch Time: If we receive your order before 3:00 PM on the day it’s ordered, we will dispatch it the next business day.
- Delivery Timeframe: Most shipments arrive within 1–2 business days to major Australian cities and metro areas.
- Tracking: DHL Express provides door-to-door tracking. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
- Currency & Tax: Supacolour will charge you in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax) on your order.
- Delivery Address: Please use a complete and accurate address, including any business name, suite/unit numbers, and contact details.
